At Tasteura Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Products can be returned only if they are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- To initiate a return, customers must share order details along with clear photos/videos of the product and package.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging condition.
- Perishable food items once opened or used are not eligible for return.
- Tasteura Foods reserves the right to inspect the request before approving the return.
Refunds
- Once the returned product/request is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Product dislike after opening/consumption
- Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
- Minor packaging variations without product damage
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and product images.
