Returns

  1. Products can be returned only if they are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  2. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. To initiate a return, customers must share order details along with clear photos/videos of the product and package.
  4. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging condition.
  5. Perishable food items once opened or used are not eligible for return.
  6. Tasteura Foods reserves the right to inspect the request before approving the return.

Refunds

  1. Once the returned product/request is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  3. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
  4. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Product dislike after opening/consumption
  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
  • Minor packaging variations without product damage

Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and product images.
